How can we achieve this?

 

We’ve developed some guidance to help you plan ahead and ensure we have the right resource for you when your project lands. The earlier you can put it on the radar, the better!

Before booking your project into HIVE, ensure it’s ‘on the radar’:

Step 1. Email your Creative Planning Manager via the Creative Operations email address

Step 2. Add to your business unit Project Activity Report (PAR) – your Editorial Assistant can support you with this

Complex projects – 10 days minimum

  • Booth concepts and interactive

Mid-scale projects – 5 days minimum

  • Creative PowerPoint templates / slide tidy
  • Interactive PowerPoints
  • Large volume PowerPoint decks (50+ slides)
  • Interactive PDFs
  • Creative concepts
  • Static infographics

Standard deliverables – 2 days minimum

  • Scientific posters
  • Redraws
  • Meeting material artwork (leaflets, banners, posters etc)
  • Small scale PowerPoint decks
  • HTML email – design and build
