HI Creatives, we are currently discussing with a client about the types of services we offer. Few queries below. 1) They asked about learning modules and we mentioned “Please find below the link to an iSpring interactive learning module demo developed by our creative team. We offer development of iSpring-based e-learning modules, enabling content to be created and updated in a PPT-based environment, with delivery then in a published format that is non-editable and compliance-friendly for end users. ” They responded saying: I have checked the link you shared with me earlier and I pretty much like the simple, yet effective and creative way of this learning module format. However, at this state, I would still need to elaborate on which topics we would like to generate such e-learning modules, how many and how we can maximize its impact. I appreciate it is really hard to say how much these highly individualized modules cost, however is there a certain estimated range you can provide just for me to know how easily I could implement this into our spendings? We don’t have much information beyond that – are you able to provide some kind of range or estimate that we could share with them? 2) They mentioned about wanting to develop a summary of an adboard they ran that involved patients for a patient organisation – we mentioned “Regarding the patient advisory board summary for the patient organisation, the iSpring interactive format shared above could potentially be a suitable option, particularly as it is delivered in a non-editable format. If aligned from a compliance perspective, we would be happy to develop a cost proposal on this basis. ” And they responded saying:Regarding the patient advisory board summary for the patient organisation, the iSpring interactive format shared above sounds interesting to me. However, is the MF Adboard summary providing enough content to enable creation of an effective module? Additionally, could I provide this then as a PDF format to the PO or would it then lose all its interactive functions? So now I’m thinking we get back to them and explain that since its a summary an interactive PDF or even static infographic could be more suitable. Do we have general cost estimates for these? Considering I guess a 1 or 2 page interactive PDF and a single page infographic? Or what type of other information could we ask to provide a cost estimate. Thank you! And happy to arrange a call if that would be easier to discuss 🙂
